My 20 gallon planted aquarium

These are the pics of my 20 gallon planted aquarium. I had a bit of an overstocking problem as you see, but since the pictures were taken, I've given away the Black Tetras and the Flaming Tetras. I still have about 21 fish, but they all seem fine in there, although I am definitely getting rid of the pleco. I just love plecos a lot, they are my favorite family of fish. Are there any kinds of pleco that I could keep in a 20 gallon aquarium?
I don't have much substrate in it right now, but i have some substrate shipping to me right now, mostly because I don't have the luxury of a car to go out and buy some. The closest reputable LFS is about 9 miles away.

That is Ludwigia Peruensis. Have a bit of Trouble with my algae eater Uprooting them. He likes to shove himself right into the base of the plant.

Yea. I tend to be lucky with the male and female betta thing. He tends to ignore them unless they get too close. Then he displays to scare them off, but he doesn't chase them around at all.
