Tell us more... What kind of fish do you have in there? I love the little Cory. I am thinking of getting another smallish tank someday and having some Cory's. They are such cute little guys.

Here is my tank, I am still making changes. One change I have made since this picture is the heater has been dropped down out of site. I am thinking of getting rid of the HOB filter all together and adding a few more plants back there. I love plants!

Some of the inhabitants

I need some new pictures of the fish as everyone has grown. My tank currently houses, 7 Tiger Barbs, 4 Otocinclus, 5 Platy's, 1 Blue Gourami, 1 Rainbow shark and 5 Mystery snails. My Rainbow shark is getting much bigger and has gotten quite black, The Blue Gourami is also a little over 5 inches now. They are all so much fun to watch.

Are you re-homing your black red tail shark as well? My understanding is that they need a tank with a minimum of 4 feet across and they can become quite aggressive to tank mates. Have you had any problems with yours yet? They are lovely fish though, aren't they? The Gourami is fascinating to me as well and I would love to have more but they simply do not get along with each other. I had 2 Blue and 2 Gold and one of my Gold's killed 2 of the others. I got rid of the Gold when she started trying to kill the last Blue Gourami and some of my other fish. The Bolivian Ram is another fish I have thought about. They are very pretty as well. Not sure if they would get along with everyone in my tank though and I really don't want to have another war zone. Once with the Gourami was enough.

no im not re-homing him yet ive found a cheap place to get tanks there are 4ft tanks for 100 so thats pretty good and yes they are amazing fish i think mine is female from the info ive gathered and she is always diging in the substrate. my gouramis they are little pests but i love them they chase eachother around the tank all day :) and my rams they seem to get along with everyone i might get some elextric blue rams to replace the gouramis but im not sure yet :)

Oh Sweet! I hope you can get that tank. I think the Gourami are better with only 1 in the tank. Mine now gets along with all the other tank mates, just not it's own kind.
