Good morning Carlos
Not what I figured we would find, I really thought the kH would be lower on your Tap water. I would look for a source of calcium carbonate to add to this aquarium (crushed coral, crushed oysters shell, Dried egg shell or cuttlebone) to stabilize the pH. In the meantime dissolve 8 teaspoon of Baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) into 16 oz of aquarium water an add this back to the aquarium over a period of 8 hours about 2 oz per hr. You want to raise the pH to the mid 7s so the cycle can continue , go slow so as not to rocket the pH up ( add 2oz., wait 1hr., check the pH , add 2oz., wait 1hr., check the pH stop when you reach a ph of 7 to 7.5). The kH on this aquarium is so low the first dose may rise the pH by quite a bit so watch the fish for signs of pH shock. Let us know how it turns out.

That's fine, this is what you are trying to do ease the pH up slowly, today, tomorrow does matter when

FWIW and IMHO sounds like the tank has both low pH and KH.

adding baking soda will raise both and it doesn't take much.

But lowering carbon dioxide as in plant actions will also raise both with emphasis on pH.

But IME you well wind up constantly dosing baking soda with no plants.

But with plants the plants will do all the work.
