Hi guys..

Great news.. I gave the rain simulator a test run!!! Need to patch up a few bugs but its working and working AWESOME! I made two videos for you guys tonight. The first one is the wave projector as promised and the second one is of the test run on the rain simulator. I cant show the final product due to some legal paper work still processing, but I would love to have these in pet shops

Im not trying to sell anything on here but I do have a question..
Would anyone actually purchase a rain simulator?

Here are the videos .. Enjoy!!

Waiting for the other light to be restocked since its sold out right now. Once that comes in I'll start working on the top canopy hood. I'm open to any suggestions.

I was thinking of redoing the tank setup. I was thinking of putting most of the decorations on the left side to make it look more like a little hill of a river. It would give my placos and other fishes a place to call home and not just all in the open. Just not sure if it's good to add more weight to just one side of the tank.

Love, love, love the rain!

I wish i could do something like that!

Do the fish's behavior change at all when the rain is on?

They seam to like but not at first since the pressure was too high. I installed a nozzle to control it so I now start it slow then increase it after they get used to it. The oscars on the other hand started digging after a few minutes which is what I wanted to happen.

The water level was low due to doing a water change (20%) and instead of just using a hose to fill it up I use the rain simulator which is connected to the sink until my water pump comes in.

Yup.. They ate their first batch :(.. So I'm trying to get them back in the mood. Which is during rain season, because of the cooler temp from the rain. The same can be done with a quick water change. I just want it to be more natural for them, in hopes for a better/successful batch.
