I've never seen so many pics from you, all at once, in one thread! Nice job. What type of cichlid is that? And the floating plant, in the larger tank? Is it real?? It looks perfect, as if it can't be real. Nice set ups!
Speaking of pics, now that you are on a roll, it's been TWO years now that I've been waiting to see a picture of Hoover. Is your dog really that camera shy??

I stole,(errr) borrowed my brother's digital camera and hence the sudden photo's with the help of a co-worker .
Cichlid is a Green Terror I rescued from near death in September.Fish store housed the then two inch GT with a tank holding spawning Jewel cichlids. He had no tail or dorsal fin and was petty beat up but is doing well now and is nearly five inches .
I WILL get a picture of Hoover and post it soon I promise.

OOP"S The floating plant is artificial Bamboo grass. I'm having issues with Pennywort that won't stay where I want it on the surface, and the artificial grass is temporary.

I thought that plant looked like bamboo. It's really attractive.

Wow, great job on the recovery of your fish. He's a beauty.

And a *promise* of a pic of Hoover. Cool.

Look really nice! You should try turning off your flash when taking pics it won't reflect of the glass that way. Just make sure you hold it very still or just put the camera on a still surface.

If you knew 1077 like I know 1077 you'd realize that we were so lucky to finally see any tank pics at all. The fact that he posted a handful?? Bravo!
It's not nice to criticize us *middle agers* who are still working on getting up to speed!!
