Cone feeders are easy, you just put the frozen food in there (once it's defrosted of course!) and there's little holes in the side that the fish suck the food through. Mine aren't always that bright though so sometimes I tilt the feeder sideways so the food slides out.

Even though my platy may not want to share sometimes he gets so excited in the feeder that he thrashes around and the food escapes him anyway![/quote]

I feed mine frozen brine shrimp and blood worms, they love them :) .
