thought id join the crowd and post some pics!
please disregard the bareness of the tankness-i add slowly
male guppies
tetras, theyre in there trust me
pregnant female guppies/cherry red shrimp
46g bowfront-this only has 2 koralia power heads, a crap submercible filter on the bottom (temporary) and a thermometer (which is going into sump when built) i have 60lbs live sand, it should be going in soon.
You got alot of tanks, I like the clear circle wallpaper, that looks sick
And the drift wood tank looks Really good!!!
Wow, You have alot on hands there
this is random:
How old are you? If your younger your lucky!
and
I wish I could have that many tanks, I would Have 2 60 gallon tanks with a water bridge over my bed(my first tank is on my left bed side)
My mom says its to much eletric power
but in all seriousness they are great pics!!
Your room looks as cluttered as mine! Tell me,what type of plant is that on the left of the tank on the third picture? some kind of Moss? I like it!
bhone - the moss is java moss and its a good "starter" plant.
it requires minimal attention. it eventually will attach itself to driftwood, rocks ect. if you tie it to it with some fishing line. fry and shrimp love to hide in it.
mario - clear circle wall paper? if its the wallpaper behind the pufferfish then thats black/white checker board wallpaper.. and yea theres alot of tanks but i actually have 3 more set up, 125gallon (empty) 75gallon (fancy goldfish) and 55gallon (res)
and a waterbridge over your bed would be super sick but i dont think it would be able to support the weight
yea i think water bridges are def. sick but your best bet is doing it with 2 tanks that are pretty close.
i think the "clear circles" your talking about about are air bubbles lol
and yea they do look pretty cool..
lol..my rena pump isnt even turned all the way up.. but if your talking about the picture of the tank shot from the corner of the tank, theres multiple reflections that make it look like theres alot more bubbles then there is..
i personally like the cave hidden in the rocks in the center of the tank.. pretty sweet huh?

lol.. the empty one ( assuming the 46 bowfront? ) is going to be saltwater..so far it only has saltwater in it lol and a heater and powerheads for water circulation.. i have 60lbs of live sand that has to go in and im planning on 60-80lbs live rock.. ( talk about expensive ) ..eventually fish wise prob. a black ocellaris (clownfish) or 2 or 1 black and 1 orange ( which i kind of like better) and maybe some sort of goby and then shrimp, snails, stars, and hermit crabs..but as you can see im still in the empty tank phase.. this is a project for me and i add like 1 thing here and 1 thing there, im only 19 and i make great money for my age but i dont want to just spend $2000 right now and have my tank right now.. i like to see it progress so ill add a $100 here $50 there and by the time im done (ill be bankrupt, lol kidding) it will be an excellent looking tank and ill prob. be ready to upgrade.. lmao.. but thats where the fun is..
as for all the rest, im hoping my plants grow in nicely - and these as well get additions "here and there" so when im out ill pick up a plant or 2 and add it..
oh, wow, I wish i made that kind of money
I do anything for money
I cut all my hair for 100$
I mow lawns for like 5$
Im Desprate when I come to fish, I spent every dollar this summer On fish stuff
