Here's a couple of updated pics of the tank.. I'm using eco-complete and added API root tabs a week ago. What a difference! I've seen about two inches growth in some of the plants.





And a gourami who isn't in the least camera shy..

Thanks Lainey, I've had her for a couple of months now and she's proving to be quite a character. She sleeps at night at a really funny angle with her tail down the back of the filter housing.. I swear she does it to freak me out.

She also has a strange fascination with the kuhli loaches and follows them about all the time. They just ignore her.

i had a bumblebee mouthbrooder cichlid that when i bagged him up to take him to a bigger tank he spat rocks at me and actually got a hit right on my nose..

Thanks Julie. I'm going to split the wisteria and get a more dense background but it's going to take a while to grow in. I've been making a slate wall thingy but it's only about a quarter finished at the moment. I'll post some pics when I have it in place.
