oh, i had heard that but i wasnt sure...i am really excited about keeping fish but i wasnt very confident in myself, so i wanted to set up a smaller tank and prove that i could handle the responsibility and be able to care correctly for a small community before i invested more time and money into a larger one...i may have approached this the wrong way, but it HAS been a learning experience. =)
I agree. I started once with a 15 gallons. Mollies were my first fish back then. Then I moved to other fish until I reach to the more challenging ones like the blue rams and discus.
IME(In my experience), blue rams are harder to keep than discus.
just have some updated pics of this tank too...i dont really know what's going on with this one..but it seems to be a culmination of leftover decor from the big tank and my mother's tank...lol...oh well...the fish are happy and i guess that's all that matters...enjoy!
