LoL I know...
In that scenario the Betta wouldn't exist. Through I could put him in the 5.5 and have him in my Daughters room I suppose.

They are so tiny!! For the first 5 seconds, I was thinking "Does he actually have fish in there?"

They are soo cute! So would you be filling this 40B with tiny fishes? :3

That's my thinking. I would move everything from the 10,29(minus the puffer obviously),5.5, and 1 gallon into the 40b. This is obviously more of a dream right now but that's what I am thinking of doing when the Puffer is going (:( ). Still not sure about the betta.

Hmmm... What I'd probably do in your case is set up the 40B and move the microfish in there. And either reserve the 10 for the puffer and the 5.5 for the betta until they go, or divide the 10 for the puffer and betta. That would leave you with three tanks while you are stocking the 40B and once that's fully stocked you can take down the QT and just have two tanks.

I don't think I could take the puffer out of the 29 and have him in a divided 10 with the betta. That's going from lots of run to no room! I appreciate the suggestion Izzy I really do but I will wait till the puffer is gone before I do anything. Plus that gives me time to find/make a stand, get lights, and hood for the 40.

Ahhh, it was a good idea, but you're right, John. Going back wouldn't make his world happy. I'm excited for when you DO get the bigger tank going, though. Do you think you'll want to up the shoals of everyone you already have then?

Probably the ! Rasbora and the Salt and Pepper Cory for sure. I would probably see if I could get a male badis. Then I would see what else I could get in there.

Ah I thought you needed to condense tanks fast. No worries. It was just a thought. A benadryl-infused one lol.

You'll have soooo much room in that 40B for fishes! Especially if you keep with the tiny tiny ones.
