if these fish was in a lake i think they would be verry easy to catch, there is not 1 thing that i have put into the tank he will not eat ink grapes and raisens, but i have found doing this ends up in me doing a BIG water change 4 some reason (so no more fruit and veg 4 this guy)
i have a bit of a mix match in there at the moment, hear is a stock list
in order of drop-in
7x blue rainbow fish (8th 1 died)
4x male red guppies
3x female guppies (4th i dead, all her scales was facing out?)
4x black marbled angles
1x pair of chocolate cic
4x silver D's
2x salvini
there will be a thining/sorting out soon but the angles chocolates and silver D's will be staying.
Hi Shane, sounds like perhaps your guppy had dropsy.
I was considering silver dollars, but I read somewhere that they have a tendancy to rip plants to shreads, so please let me know how you go with yours.
yeah i will do, i have had them in the tank with the real plants 4 about 2 - 3 weeks and have not seen them mouth the plants once, but its still early days
