Wished I would have caught this question before I left from work yesterday. I will measure it today when I get home and report measurement's Saturday morning when I come by work to check boiler's.
Upon looking at tape measure here at work, and the light over the 75 gal tank I have here,, Gonna say the triple tube fixture is closer to seven or eight inches rather than five .
Guess size does matter.
Will get exact width today.
Lee.
Oh yeah, size matters. (but only when we are talking fixtures, wallets and wardrobes, lol)
Seven or eight will work, anything larger than twelve and I won't be able to easily slide it back to feed the tank. I don't want to get into a spot where I have to lift it off to feed my fish. That would be a royal pain!
I've got it in my shopping cart and won't hit "confirm purchase" until I hear back from you. Thanks so much!!

you know home depot sells some really cheap NO T5 fixtures....

Anyway though, I would of kept the 8000K bulbs. I like that color temp, its the best IMO.

I just did my measuring. 10" will be too large, 8" would be perfect.
I will wait for your actual measurement.
