:( That's so sad! But I'm glad that they've gotten so much farther from the other times, it really is amazing to see their growth as a couple.

Can't wait for a 'proper' update, and to see how you re-arrange to make new territories!

I can't wait for all that, too!
But first, more wedding nonsense

Thank you all for your sweet words, it really is okay - its tiny babies in a community tank, expected almost. I'm still just THRILLED that they made it so far this time. It gives me a bit of hope that *maybe* there's a chance. We'll see. . .

Snaps, thanks for your input. I've also read about them being short sighted, I since I can so easily picture C.Cat with a monocle, I believe it! Whatever the cause, as long as they wish to try again, I'll do my best to try to make things a bit easier. Just have to get these plants out of QT first. ^.^

Whenever is convenient for you, doll! I'm not in any kind of a rush, promise.
QT is ready and not doing anything but babysitting some Frogbit right now!

Super nice to see you! You'd better be updating your thread over there.
I should probably update mine sometime soon, too!

Thank you, Dave! ^.^

Not for a bit of a while yet, Jaysee. This tank is going to dominate my living room, and there are just. . . a TON of details that need to be worked out first. My house is overrun by very small people and all of the wonderful things that go along with them, but the littlest has just turned three, so we're starting with a huge excavation of baby crap and going from there (kind of jealous of all you bachelors and empty nesters who get to throw 125's around your house like it ain't no thang!)

The Plan is to rebuild the living room around the 125, but I tend to get a bit dramatic with things like this. I have a 12 foot stretch of wall, with two 4 foot (I think, tentative plans are in my sketch book upstairs) flanking walls that I want to build bookshelves into and set the tank into the center of. I'm basically turning my living room into a fishroom library (my ideal world). Aside from cost, and kids, and all the other obstacles in my way - I've never built anything bigger than a doll house! My husband and ex-contractor dad are willing to help, but the project is mine, so I have a LOT to learn. . . all they've done so far is dash every plan I've come up with thus far due to annoying laws of physics *rolls eyes*

There's also all of the other STUFF that I need to collect for it between then and now - filters and heaters and lights, oh my! Nothing is cheap, and I have to learn enough about ALL of it to figure out what I want. All of my other tanks to date have been hand-me-downs. This one I want to do my way - only I'm not entirely sure what my way is just yet!

Long story short? I have NO idea. A while. Maybe longer? I'll get there, though! Getting the big tank was one really important step - but this is a dream kind of thing for me. I'll be patient - it will happen eventually!

In the meantime, most of my smaller tanks are being set up as plant tanks (and as we get closer, they'll turn into QT tanks) so at least that's been fun for me! I can't wait, am trying to be patient - have no choice BUT to be. . . but it's hard.

I AM having a grand old time coming up with insane ideas, though. I even have a friend of mine brainstorming ways of incorporating stained glass into the design! *giggle*

We will see who get's their tank up and running first. I'm sure it will be me, by the sound of it. Patience is key.

It WILL be you - and your SECOND 125 (jealous)! I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with yours, and learning as much as I can! I'm ever so good at being patient, there's always plenty to do. . .

You know what made me jealous? Some kid getting a free, year and a half old, 500 gallon tank because a family member upgraded to a 1,000 and didn't have room for both. >_>; And he already had a 200 gallon he had gotten for free as well. e.e; I wish luck would smile upon me like that once in a while.

And yeah, I used to want like six kids until everyone else started having them and leaving them here all the time. LOL I'm currently getting over some nasty virus that my oldest cousin brought with her a couple days ago claiming it was allergies. >>;
