Unhappy **sidenote** Grimm

Slightly off topic to this journal, but I had mentioned Grimm on here so I figured I would post.

Sadly Mr.Grimm has been misplaced in shipping. He was supposed to be delivered at 3:00 PM today but he seems to have never left the sorting facility after the transhipper sent him out. I spoke with my post offices here and they have no record of him ever coming through. The tracking info also never continued passed the initial sorting facility. Now I'm just waiting on the transhipper to respond to my emails about it.

I'm a very sad panda and I know his chances of arriving here are slim to none but I'm hoping that by some crazy fishy miracle he makes it to me safely.

I spent 2 and a half months looking for one more male to add to my collection, finally found one I absolutely could not live without, almost couldn't buy him in time, now he may not get here after all.

SO very disappointing.

Hoping the next girls we buy have more luck than poor Mr.Grimm.

OH NO!!!!! Maybe the tracking is wrong? My plants said they were a day behind (it said it was going to get here on Monday, vs. Friday) but it actually came on Friday... I hope you will have a similarly happy surprise!

Unfortunately not wrong =/. My post office has no record of his package what so ever. That and the fish are overnighted, its not supposed to be a day process. So if his shipping process started last night he was supposed to be here today..

I don't even have words for how upsetting it is to think of that beautiful little fish lost in the mail.
He's healthy, maybe - maybe he'll make it through, somehow? Has there been any sign of him since you posted?

After going through hell being tossed from one phone number to the next since Wednesday afternoon. YesterdayI finally got somewhere and was put through to the Express mail department or something where the only helpful person put in a search request for me and put it ad ASAP. That being said I've heard nothing on him yet so I called the USPS call center again where a nasty woman told me nothing else has be updated on his case and wouldn't put me through to anyone who could help me further.

The tracking info has JUST NOW Finally been updated from Tuesday night in CO to my area.

Crossing my fingers for his little life. This has been a complete nightmare. The lack of concern and effort of the USPS has been shameful. Absolutely appalling.

I know bettas do sometimes go through regular priority shipping wish can be longer but no one could tell me what kind if conditions he was kept in for so long. If he wasn't a labrynthe fish he would have most likely died due to lack of oxygen but atleast theres some hope there.

Will keep you guys posted.
