Glad to see piggy ropes!

I've never had any problems with 'Impulse Buying'. They're just animals that I forgot I had planned to get.

Ooooo new rope fish. Niiiice!

Queen looks beautiful! Your Bichirs are getting nice big and strong. They look powerful. I am always amazed at her coloration.

Beautiful sang.

Thank you. It's even more amazing when they take to the top and cruise around. Funny to watch too:

Queen is just too beautiful! I also like how in the first section of the video, your Christmas tree was reflecting on the driftwood, making it look like decorations inside the tank!

I love how the tank comes alive with the christmas tree decoration, where did you get it?

I'm a little late to the party, but I also have to say I love the arch!

Also, I GOT SOME ROPEFISH! Woo hoo. I was supposed to refrain from spending ANY money at the LFS until after Christmas, but I couldn't pass on the ropefish again. One escaped before I got him from the bag to the tank.

Very Festive! Jodie and Charlie are making a ginger bread house right now. He LOVES Christmas.

I love it too. See what you do is you go out and find some guy who for some strange reason chops down trees and then sells them. You get one of those home and then you get some of...shiny light things. Wrap that around the tree and set it all up across from your tank. Then Tada, looks like a light bulb tree is sitting in your tank. :3

I got three. I was just down there watching them and one is playing in the water outtake from my canister. He keeps swimming in front of it and swimming against it shimmering from the flow, or letting it blow him away.

Unfortunately I didn't get that on video. I did get the escaping one on video, and my 14 year old girl reaction. I am totally creeped out by anything serpentine. I grabbed a bag and used it as a glove when I picked him up.

I just shuddered sitting here thinking about it.

That's wonderful! Hahah...that is too funny that one managed to give you the slip from the start. Glad to see you got it back in so quick though. Nice job on making the top escape proof. I still need to do that though the ropes have made no serious attempts to escape yet.

Queen looks like she's ready to take the first steps onto land in that video, she's so primeval.
Beautiful fish there.
