new 20L betta condo

SOoo in an effort to reduce the number of tanks in my basement without reducing the number of fish, we settled on combining a 2g bowl, 5.5g tank and a 5g hex into a divided 20L. Below is King Leonidas, Carsomyr, and Lt. Boo in their new digs we picked up today. snagged the 20L for 23 bucks on sale, and the light I made out of scraps from my planted betta light project.

I needed a socket, so i disassembled the light fixture from the 5g hex eclipse kit, turns out the single fixture is actually a double, you just need to do some surgery lol needs new bulbs, end caps for the light, and a bigger air pump for the filter but so far so good!

yes ma'am! they are made by lees i think, or penn plax. they cost like 9 bucks or so is all and do a good job!

the one in the middle and the one on the right get uppity with each other sometimes, but as time goes by it lasts less and less lol
