I bought them not knowing they needed cooler temps. This was almost 2 years ago. I went to the fishstore in search of yo yo loaches, they didn't have any but they had dojo's. I got them THEN I found out they like cooler water and I would hate to get rid of them so I kept them. They seem happy and active in this water. If they didn't appear this way I'd have taken them back then.
Sometimes they lay between my tall Wisteria but the vast majority of the time they are between the heater.
