I recently went to the Memphis Zoo and I took some pictures in their aquarium. I'd like to share some here. It was a pretty nice aquarium, not huge but not too small. They had both freshwater and saltwater.

Huge red tail catfish. I'm not sure about the other species of fish. All of them were very big, about 3-4 ft. long.

Some soft shell turtles

I took this because the black skirt tetras were twice the size of the ones I have!

Sting ray about the size of a dinner plate.

A
Zebra Plecostomus.

Here is a Nile Soft Shell turtle. It was so big.

This is an alligator snapping turtle. The zookeeper said they thought he was at least 100 years old because of his size, but they don't know for sure. He was big as well!

A "giant" gourami, about a foot long.

I'm not sure what kind of turtle this is, it had a flat head though.

Tin foil barbs (I think)

Electric eel
