That is really interesting. Fish are more social than we realize. My Rainbowfish and my Congo Tetras play games together racing the length of the tank. They also school together.
Yours looks like it says... Hey wait for me.... and then it flairs without aggression as if to show off and say.... aren't I pretty?....and they all leave.... so.... hey wait for me..... LOL
