Use 1 capful (5 mL) for each 250 L (60 gallons*) once or twice a week. For smaller doses, please note that each cap thread is approximately 1 mL. Refrigeration after opening is recommended but not required.
I usually do 1ML for my 10 gallon, 2ML for my 20 and 3ML for my 29. I do it twice a week and I keep it in the fridge (it is not necessary but they recommend it so I did it lol)
It is absolutely safe for fish, just don't over dose. Twice a week is enough...you could honestly just do it once a week. I just started doing it twice a week after I added more plants and didn't notice any real growth. Now that I am doing it twice a week everything has boomed.
