i'll keep that in mind the water conditioner i use is nutrafin aqua plus and yes it neutralizes heavy metals but it's also made up of pure herbal extract =)

one 2 inch platinum albino and two 1 1/2 inch.ones a cobalt the others a golden =)

Wow, serious youngsters. How many times a day are you feeding them? I find young ones so much more difficult than adults. What foods are they taking? Hopefully yours aren't as picky as mine are!

they are taking frozen blood worms for the time being i do have tetra bits but they haven't started trying it yet. the lfs must have had them on blood worms since they were old enough to eat it. they eat 1 cube twice a day any more and they will just leave the food to the plecos.the platinum was seriously underweight when i got him.i figured he'd do better in my tank instead of the lfs as he's the larger of the 2 and he'll get enough to eat and less stressed.yes they are a bit more tricky to keep but in the right conditions they'll grow real quick and they wont go nipping at my guppies since they grew up together at a young age ( kinda like a childhood friend thing )

That is a very nice aquascape, I like it. The plants will fill in nicely. Well done.

If I may make a suggestion, a black (plain) background would do wonders to show off the fish colours and plants.
