This is a discussion on What is your temperature in your tank? within the Freshwater Aquarium forums, part of the Freshwater Fish and Aquariums category; -->
I keep both of mine at 73. Is that too low?...
It really depends on what fish you're keeping. From what I know, fish like Discus and Angelfish wouldn't live comfortably in such a low temperature. Hillstream Loaches, on the other hand, require relatively low temperatures.

The fish I have are in my signature. What is your opinion for them living in 73 degree water?
@CoffeeMan Your Zebras, Serpaes and Corydoras should be fine in that temperature, not sure about frogs or snails though, seeing as I've never had any experience with them.
Also, this site has a very helpful page with a nice number of fish profiles. Or at least I found it helpful ;)
