What fish shud i get for my 33g tank (small community tank)

Any idea at all of what you'd like? Small shoaling fish? Or a smaller number of more fuller bodied fish?

30 g is a good size i would look at a few books or in stores at what you may like them research them us picking your fish is like us coming round and choosing your curtains :D

I suggest you look at the different fish...find the one you'd like to have the most...and then arrange the tank for him...adding other compatible fish once you've made that decision...

For a small community tank, I'm partial to the small torpedo fish such as cardinal tetras, glowlight tetras, ... as well as cherry barbs. Throw in some Oto cats for algae control and cory cats to stir up the substrate. For top level fish, hatchets are pretty cool, but you need to make sure your tank's well covered.

rasboras!! they are a good community fish- very peaceful and fun to watch. they are a shoaling fish, so you could have a school of them. I really love tiger barbs myself- but they are not the best candidate for a community tank as they are avid fin nippers and mischeif makers in general. they pick on anyone smaller or slower than them. Danios are good too, also fun to watch as they are fast and very active (also extremely hardy). but I agree, really you should find a fish you really love, and then work around finding compatible tank mates.
