Water changing method

I have just setup my tank with some fish but with the lack of knowledge about cycling. I purchase tank and fish at the same time. Then i see my water becoming couldy and my fish start behaving wired. so after lot googling and here on this forum people told me that frequent water change is gud then my fish become some gud. not totally so i start changing water twice a day then also it is not fine.

I am changing water from top 10-15% some time almost 50% water than pour new water. Now what I am looking is that pee and bad things from fish are still remain on the bottom surface of the tank.

So please help me for gud method to change water or what I am doing is correct

Couple things to remember, you may know them but even I "forget" sometimes

New water needs to be the same temperature
You need to add a dechlorinator/water treatment to the tank with every water change.
Don't change water every day, it stresses out fish more than only changing water once or twice a week.

The unfortunate thing is the fish have been stressed out big time because your LFS sold you the tank and fish at the same time. If you are looking for an easier way to do water changes, get a device called a python. This hooks to the faucet and make water changing easier.

so u mean that i should change water once a week only and water from top only. i don't have to rinse it get bad thing top remove that right ??

Well I gravel vac every week. Is just the way I do things and it works rather well for me. Tap water is fine. More frequent water changes are only needed if you have ammonia and nitrites in the tank or have high levels of nitrates.

Forgive me if I am missing something. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to understand what is being told to you.

Thanx for helping me. I was changing water frequently every 12 hr now as u told me i will change water every 1 week and tomorrow I am going to LSP to bring Master kit for freshwater. Can you tell me how I will start to check and I will bring heater also and gravel vacuum also

You know my tank profile can u check it and advice me more. thanx in advance

The instructions are really simple, just make that when you sahke the bottle for the nitrates you shake it REALLY well. It say 30 seconds but shake it really hard to make sure it is mixed right.

No I mean how much should keep temprature for my tank and what to first check like steps i mean thanx

That depends on what type of fish you own.
I am imagining Tropical, so try about 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit.
