For the water I'd buy a liquid test kit myself; test it and post here for discussion what's going on with your water. Ideally you want to have a combo liquid set that tests NO2, NO3, Ammonia pH and hardness. These kits are available by API or Tetra. API is a lil more expensive but lasts FOREVER and Tetra is a lil cheaper and you can find these online at Walmart and can ship it from there to store so you avoid shipping charges. Also the chain stores like PetCo, Petsmart have these API Master Kits. |
