i have a newt in mine but you need to keep the water level a little low so that he can get out to breathe!

how much care is involved with the newts? i only have time for once a week cleanings... so if they need anything more than that... im afraid i cant do it.

This is just wrong. There's no such thing as perfect. How would you assume it was perfect when there are lots of factors that interfere with the water parameters?

I'm still not going to recommend Goldfish in a 10 gallons. It's way too small for a single Goldfish.

blag! once again... mauled by moderators! i was on another fish site and got mauled by moderators who just wanted to tell me about how i was torturing my Goldfish... look i KNOW it needs a new home that is why i am not keeping it! its very small right now and i will move it within the month. I know the situation... thats why i am asking for help. please refrane from making comments about the Goldfish tank issue... please... im here for help not a scolding.

But I did not try to scold you on that Goldfish issue. I was giving you some information you may need. In no way would I ever think you were torturing the Goldfish. It is a common mistake which we usually have when we start the hobby but most of us want to avoid you from getting problems hence we correct most of the things you posted.:) Lol...Don't worry too much. There's no mauling needed. We correct the mistakes so you, guys, won't have a difficult time trying to solve the problems if ever they arise.:)

im sorry im a bit jumpy from the last forum the moderators were nasty... i just get a bit frustrated when people tell me something already know. i dont like snapping at people but when someone is telling you something you have heard again and again and are already in the process of fixing the problem its a bit irritating. sorry for sounding angry or whatever... hope there are no hard feelings.
