Tank very cloudy after changing to sand

Okay....since the other 30-something already cleared up, I wonder if it IS a bacterial bloom.
Do you feel that you may have rushed rinsing the sand in that tank?

No I wasnt rushed. I would rinse 5 times outside in a 5 gal bucket filled with 4-5 cups of sand ( Only in Canada does one stand outside on -10 degree weather to rinse sand :D ) then I brought the bucket inside. I would take a scoop, put into smaller bucket and continue to rinse in the laundry tub. I worked from 10pm to 5am with maybe an hour break in between to eat. If anything, the tank thats cloudy had a better rinse job then the other two tanks that are clear now.
