That is quite a conflagration of hardscape materials. And fish species too--on which I will stay silent for the present.

Your tank is far too cluttered.. both the fish and the decorations. I would look at getting rid of at least half your fish. It says your angelfish is new. I would encourage you to return it. Also clown loaches grow over 1' long. Much too big for your tank.

Toys should not be used as decorations. They may not be safe for fish and can leak chemicals into the water over time.

i would recomend 3 things, 1. find a new home for your fish(while you do step 2.) 2. do alot of research. 3. once #2 is complete, start over.
tank is way to cluttered, many of the objects are probibly not fish safe, many of the fish you listed will grow WAY to big for that tank, compatability is questionable. you already said filtration was $&%*^, please do right by these fish.

Not to be disrespectful, but I laughed SO HARD when I saw the optimum prime and your forum name is 'more than meets the eye'. That's terrible.

Sorry but I have to agree with what's been said already. I'd remove most of those ornaments in the tank - especially the ones that could be potentially harmful to your fish.

And re-home the fish that are going to get too big for your tank. You might want to throw a neutral (black or dark blue) background on the tank too.
