Some Tank Tips

hey
umm i don't wish to come across as negative here,however is this tank
not fully supported ?? i would say that a longer unit would be safer,than the
one you have the tank on at this time.
as i said,i don't want to be the meanie greenie here,i just worry about
things like that.

The tank hangs off about an inch and a 1/4 on each side. Before putting the tank on here me and my other 3 roommates stood on top of it. I can assure you it is perfectly fine.

I don't think the worry is the amount of weight that the stand can hold; it's the uneven weight distribution. This could cause stresses at the seams and possibly damaging the silicone enough to cause a leak. I'm not saying it's definitely a problem, but I know I wouldn't want to use a stand that doesn't fully support my tank.
