Shrimp

I have loads of questions about shrimp!!!
Firstly would Goldfish eat river shrimp??]
Because there are selling them at my lfs for £1 for 15, and i want to try them on them, plus if some dont get eaten ill have aome extra shrimp!!
I have a community tank atm and would like some shrimps but would they be ok with these fish
3 platys
2 mollys
1 Swordtail
3 guppys
5 corys
6 tetras
and some rams in a 26g
i already have 2 amano shrimps in another tank but that tank is going to my dads and im hopedfuuly going to add the shrimp back when my tank is mature and the nitrAtes and nitrItes are all ok!

As for the Goldfish yes he/she would regard them as food, as do most all fish unless you offer the shrimp plenty of plants to hide in so they don't wind up as food, then however you'd have shrimp hiding 24/7 and that's not too interesting to watch imo

Thanx for that,i dont have any plants in my Goldfish tank, and my 2 amano shrimp are never bothered the shrimp never realy hid they are jusy picking at the gravel very interesting to watch!! I may pick the shrimps up just as an experiment. Ill keep u posted!
