Rummy's not feeding right

My Rummy's that I got yesterday are IMO not feeding right, however it may be wrong to just compare them with other fish I had, maybe their behavior is simply different, so I need your help?

At the moment all I have is flake foods, as the store didn't have any frozen foods, so until I get (or rather FIND) some I can't offer it to them see if they accept this better.
They do touch the flakes but very sporadically and slowly, they're no were near as quick in wiping it all out like for instance the Cardinal's are, I feed little but even of of that there seems to be quite some left overs in the Rummy's tank vs the Cardinals clean.

Am I reading too much into this or am I right to be concerned, this is night 2 I have them not eating 'right' IMO!?

It sounds as if they are stressed and need to settle in a bit. Rummys stress easily, and it doesn't take much to kill them from stress alone.
What are the water params and temp in their tank? Tankmates? Can you list species and how many of each please? Also, what is your light on/off cycle in their tank? How big of a tank is this? What type of filter?

Water: pH 7 KH 3 GH 4 NO2, NO3 & Ammonia 0
Temp 78-75 (between day/night)
45g tank, no other mates just started stocking all tanks, only other thing are plants & plants in there and 2x large DW. Light runs 10AM - 9PM, Cascade 600 Internal Filter.

So I know its not the "standards" that are an issue like N-Peak or alike, small tank or predators etc its just over the years in any other tanks I never had fish that wouldn't start feeding well after day 2-3, BUT there again they also used to get live or frozen foods or veggies depending on their diets and as I said above until I find some all I have is the flake food which they may not like!?
