Thats a very nice looking lobster! From what I have learned about Lobsters it is that they think they can see images, detect movement and might have color vision, but they primarily use chemoreception to detect things (IE detecting chemicals in the water) and touch. So in short. I have no idea if it would be stressful for him. sorry.
I think however, that if no one can come up with an answer, it may be worth watching how he behaves, and seeing if he acts differently. maybe do some mini research on your own. The down side, is that if it DOES stress him, you might lose him and it is a little cruel. But either way it would be good to know.
