red hump being aggresive is this common????

I have a bow front tank that I've setup for geo's I have 2 jupari's 3 surneminsis I recently pickup a red hump at my local fish store and since hes entered tank hes been all over my much larger surneminsis he just chases them then backs off but the surneminsis don't seem happy color changing fins raised they are 3 times the size of red hump should I wait it see if he settles down or bring back to my lfs worried about my larger geo's being stressed and dying

When your fish are CLEARLY incompatible, you have no other choice but get rid of either parties before one of them gets killed in the process.

The Red Hump is a geophagus steindachneri, right??

yes I returned it to my local lfs already gave it a few days and it never settled down it was even being nasty in the fish store tank when I returned but luck would have it they had a sajica there and its been awesome
