I placed a carbon box in there, but no actual filter. Is this going to be a problem? I am noticing a slight smell and the tank is obviously getting a little dirty from the food. Is this stressing out the fry? Should I move it back to the original tank? Help please! Thanks! | Would be better to leave the fry in a cycled ,heated,filtered tank.
You can place lot's of floating plants either real, or artificial in the tank and small fishes will use this to hide in.
