Possible new fish

Ok... I need opinions here. I'm in the prosess of changing out my substrate and revamping my tank. As you can see by my photo album and info I got a 75g with 2 oscars and a sailfin plako. I'm thinking of adding an eel. I really want a fire eel but I know those will get to big for my tank. I was thinking of a tire track instead. Any input is greatly apprechiated!

get it bigger size, so it wont get eaten...

i would get something that is a good size compare to the oscars and something that is somewhat aggro so itll protect itself. if you buy it smaller now you can always upgrade later from craigs list.

I have never owned oscars, so do not know personally, how aggressive they can be.
I have peacock eels. Eels can be very shy, and will only come out if they feel very comfortable. My eels, once went into hiding, because I added yoyo loaches to the tank. The yoyo loaches did not pick on them, but tried to take rides on their backs. Even after removing the loaches, it took a couple months before the eels would come back out.
Point being, you could add an eel, but not sure that it would be very happy, or that you would ever see it.
