Please help!

Hi, I have a 20 gallon tank thats been running for about a year now, no problems. I have recently purchased a 55 gallon tank and set it up yesterday but found this morning that it looks like it snowed in there overnight. Everything is covered in white. Does anyone know what this is? I filled it with well water & the only thing I can think of is lyme. How do I remove this or will it clear up on its own? My 20 gallon tank was filled with village water, so I didn't have this problem. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you![/code]

Bacterial bloom. It starts usually at the beginning of nitrogen cycle. What are your water parameters so far?

PH is 8.0
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 10
