Having worked for the local school district for the last eleven years,, I have found kids dangling from coat hooks in restrooms ,and classrooms ,and even flag poles on occasion. LOL that is priceless. And I completely understand. And I can see that happening myself, but I guess I will have to wait, see and pray that it doesn't happen. And by no means is my 5 year an angel, now my little girl that's another story I do know that for a while I will have to keep an extra eye out.

Ahh yes,, Sugar and spice, and all things nice ,that's what little girls are made of. Apparently whoever coined that phrase ,,did not have the opportunity to meet two of my three sisters.
To be sure ,it was usually the young boys that found themselves in inexplicable predicaments.

Just keep a really good watch on them for a while. And maybe introduce them to the tank properly. Explain to them what it is, how it isn't a toy, and how it is to be respected. Just a thought.

I'm sure it will be fine. I had my own tank set up when i was five (granted my mom did all the work other than feeding them), I knew to respect it and not mess with. I knew it was for viewing only.

Yep that is what I was thinking. He currently has a 5 gallon tank in his room and he doesn't bother it, so I think I will be good to go. Thanks for all the comments.
