Are my rams about to spawn?

the female is really round has her ''breeding tube''? is out is on one side of the tank where i have a small glass vial with sand in it that shes been nippin on her and the male go crazy and beat up my bloody parrot =[ its uite sad how aggresive they got toards my chubs! is she about to spawn what should i do ?

With other fish you have listed under your signature(will eat eggs if they can find em),I would not do anything.Is unlikely that the eggs or fry will survive.
For successful breeding assuming water conditions are favorable,, the Rams will need their own well established small tank. Warm,soft,acidic water with no threats to nest or fry.
