Does anyone know if Dual Actinic 420nm/460nm cf have different lumens
then a cf dual daylight buld

Information is usually printed on the box and on the bulb.

don't have box or bulb looked on line can't find out lumens for it yhe only thing I found was 7100k rating 65watt but no lumens.

A handheld photographic light meter would tell you the differences in lumens. Light meters read in foot candles, so one foot candle per square foot is the same as one lumen per square foot. You hold the light meter about six feet from the light source to get an accurate reading. Say your meter says 10 foot candles (lumens). To find out what the output is at the source is simple multiplication - X, in this case 10, x6x6 - to see how 'bright' your lights are.
Be best if you did your lumen test in a dark room with just the lights. Florescences put out light in a sort of spherical form, like the sun does, and a light meter can measure that light no problem.
I've been a pro photographer for many, many years and measuring lumens is a big part of the game.

Footcandles should be measure at the work plane, or, in this case the bottom of the tank where the plants are.

thinking about buying a current usa satelite dual compact flourescent 2x65
watt 6700/10000 420/460 with moon light led just trying to find out everything about the light I can before I make the deal.

I've got a current USA light, and I absolutely LOVE it. Mine is a 20" 40 watt 6,700/10,000 with moonlight. It came with a 10,000k/actinic bulb, but I switched it out for a freshwater one.

Err? Not sure exactly what you're asking. The light is the Satellite line by Compact USA. The bulb is Sunpaq 40 watt 6,700k & 10,000k daylight 17" compact florescent.
