Im not saying the water will be clean after 4 hours but it should of gone through about once

cheers Ben | Almost :), 1 turn over rate means the whole tank capacity is filtered in an hour, 2 turnover rate the whole tank capacity is filtered twice in an hour, so if a 20 gallon tank with a turnover rate of 5, the whole tanks capacity is filtered 5 times in 1 hour
