I did it! Went up a tank size, now which fish to add?

I did it! I got a 12 gallon. Now before anyone laughs at me I just bought my first tank a few weeks ago, and it was only a 3 gallon, so this is a serious upgrade.

So in my HUGE 12 gallon I have my 4 minnows, 1 shrimp, and 1 snail. I plan on adding 2 more minnows to match so I have 3 of each. I was thinking of adding 3 more of a different variety minnow, another shrimp, and possibly 2 more of something else. Does that sound logical to all of you?

well white clouds and danios are different so they wont school together, you should have 6 of each, then get some shrimp and snails and your dont, dont get anymore after you have 12 minnows

so

6 Zebra Danios or Leopard danios, i heard they school together
6 White clouds
4 Ghost shrimp
And Gary the Snail
