How much to feed my cory cats?

Just bought 6 albino cories,just wondering how many tablets/wafers would be suffecient for all of them daily

Somewhat depends upon the food. If you are using the pellets from Omega One or Hikari, I would probably drop in 2 for 6 cory. If you are using the shrimp pellets from Omega One, maybe 5. For Nutrafin's tablets, 1 or 2.

Once the fish get settled and feeding normally, it is easier to guage things. If excess food is left uneaten, it can fungus. Snails prevent this though.

What makes you say 5 shrimp omega one pellets vs 2 omega one pellets? it is the size of the shrimp pellets?

will corys eat any small flakes?

For most species, the flakes would have to settle down on something, like plant leaves, wood, substrate. Corys spend their time browsing all surfaces; some will eat floating foods if they come across them. With other fish in the tank, this is unlikely to provide much for the corys. And, I have myself had flake food sit on the bottom and fungus because it was completely ingnored by the corys.
