Are the edges glued? or do they also makes them in one piece?
I hope my question makes sense.
Benny | I had a hex tank many years ago when I was a teenager. It was small... only 5 gallons if I remember correctly. But it was glass, and I don't remember if it was one piece or not, but if it was sealed pieces, the sealant wasn't very visible.
In my limited experience, I like glass tanks better than acrylic. Acrylic may be stronger, but it always has rounded edges, and I don't like that. My kid's small tank is acrylic, and if you look at it from the side, everything is distorted because of the rounded corners, and it would seem that with a hex you're going to be looking at a corner no matter what angle you look at it from.
