It's sad how many people get their puffers from walmart, who does nothing to educate people about them. They are all wild caught and deserve a good life in captivity, now that that's where they are. You've got some planning to do, to provide for them. They can live 15-20 years with good care.
You either have to place them, or find a 100 gallon tank in time. Puffers can get aggressive with each other as adults. In the wild they don't hang out with each other. As juvies they do. But with a large tank, lots of decor to break up lines of sight, you could be fine if they grow up together. As adults they live in marine conditions. You can keep them in high end brackish, but many people put their puffers in marine with live rock, because it's cheaper than keeping up with water changes in brackish.
They are fun fish, but trust me, start doing some reading on caring for them.
