I spent hrs playing around trying to aquascape this 10g AM FINALLY DONE...sit here to read the latest and greatest of today's post - My Dog walks strait in here, sniff's the new tank and what does he do

STARTS DRINKING

He's somehow convinced mom built him a fancy doggy bowl there, GET OUT!!!

I love my dog, don't get me wrong, but SOMETIMES he's stretching my feelings a LITTLE

Now I guess leaving the tank open tank is out of question...Unless I wanna refill the "evaporated" 1g of water each day

FYI - Yet another good example why one should not use chemicals in fish tanks - You never know who drinks it!

That is too funny!! I know how dogs are, we have 3. One has actually tried to bite one of the bettas through the tank. I guess he didn't realize that is like the window, you can't go through it. But they say dogs are good at relieving stress (i'm guessing that wasn't concluded by a dog owner) ;)

I just finished watching Marley and Me. Cried through the entire last hour of the movie, but this post reminds me of Marley. Naughty dog but cute as can be

Yup, the old frog tank under my aquariums here was on a "tank shelf" on the lowest shelf....Entertained my dog for HOURS trying to catch the frogs - And he never gave up neither, day after day he tried and day after day I cleaned the glass of the unsightly doggy noses on there....He sure is a goofer when it comes to fish tanks lol

my dog will sit and watch the fish, even jumps up on the stand and bites at the glass pretty funny. you should see him at fish feeding time OMG lol

My Pitbull likes to watch the fish, he doesn't seem to overly interested in them. Otherwise he's a great companion. My fish are purely aesthetic, my dog is the true companion.

My dog Hoover, was seen not drinking from a quarantine tank that was set up on the floor,but rather peeing in it. I moved the tank atop a couple old milk crates but was not high enough. Finally placed the tank on top of end table.

That's hilarious! I've always meant to ask, what type of dog is Hoover?? He sounds like quite

Oh I'd been mad if Max went around "marking" all new tanks....but boys will be boys right!?
