You'll be rewarded by a beautiful schoal swimming together nicely.
Skip the single ghost glass cat as well. They are shoaling fish. One will be unhappy and die soon.
Crab. Well, doesn't work. If you really want an exciting shrimp, think about atya gabonensis: http://www.petshrimp.com/africanfiltershrimp.html (also available in blue). The look fearsome but would, in fact, never hurt even the smallest fish/shrimp. Since they filter much of their food from the water, you'll need at least a bit of current in your tank.
