Filter options, 5 gal chi

I got rid of the hanging filter/light combo that came with the chi. Changed the light to a DBP Solar Flare mini, and a Nano HOB filter. Not digging the filter too much. Was thinking to swap out for the smallest Lees' corner filter or a small sponge. Anyone got any other ideas???

Have you tried the Aquaclear's?

I have an extra AC20 that I tried, but its still just WAY too big. I picked up an Aqueon internal that I'll try. If this doesn't work I'll probably just get the smallest sponge I can find.
