That might be significant. Other members have had issues with these too. I just went to API's website but they do not list the nutrients [I always worry when this happens--what is so secret???] but only say it has iron and "essential nutrients" and one of my plant sources mentions it contains N [nitrogen] so this may well be as nitrates, since it is more unlikely to be ammonia or nitrite.
