Sounds good, but I hesitate because you can't trust the "instant" fix solutions most of the time...

Well it might help breaks down mulm and waste but all it is gonna do is make them non organic dissolved solids which need to be removed anyway. In a minorly stocked system, maybe 1/4 the stocking it could have it might make it safe to change water once every 6 months but I would not chance it with any normal bioload. Even if it was heavily planted.
these quick fix products seldom work and in my opinion are a waste of money. with less feeding and regular maint you could achieve the same results that this product claims to produce. As stated before It will only break down pollution into solids. You will still need to remove them. I would not spend the money when with fifteen minutes a week I could achieve the same results.
