The link goes to a page that posts only one of those annoying anti-leeching images. As much as I sympathize with the individual whose bandwidth is thus coopted, I think folks who set that sort of thing up are should be flogged with a trout. Nevertheless, it puts me in a position of asking if you could post a direct link to the source page for the image, because I am very interested in seeing what you have found there.

ive only seen tree different cave fish in the trade one catfish,the tetras,and a goby like fish i suppose varios shrimp and albino snails would create the look

What is the first fish? Is that the catfish? Whatever they are they are way cool. I do wonder however if there can be negatvie effects on them from having too much light or too much exposure to UV because they are never exposed to it?
